The timecard system has been a huge time saver for our business as well as proving to be a much more accurate interpretation of hours worked. Previously our timecards were handwritten and at times illegible. This led me to have to investigate what the employees’ actual hours were and was not time well spent. From there I needed to add up all the hours for 35 employees each week manually. The timecard system has made it so employees can enter their hours through a mobile tablet. This allows for speed of entry and accuracy. The system automatically adds the hours for me, and all I need to do each week is input totals to our payroll system. The system saves me approximately 18 hours per 12 week season. I’m now able to focus my time on other aspects of our business.
